Yesterday’s baseball game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago Cubs took the top spot on Tuesday’s best-selling events list, according to sales data from Ticket Club.
The New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox game this Friday followed, along with upcoming games Philadelphia Phillies v. New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox v. Toronto Blue Jays, and Houston Astros v. Oakland Athletics. The 2018 Men’s College World Series Finals are underway, and tickets to the MLB All Star Game and Home Run Derby remain hot commodities. Other notable sports events include the International Friendly, the World Football Championship, and a handful of NFL games this fall.
Gwen Stefani clocked in at No. 3 for her residency at Las Vegas’s Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood. U2 tickets sold well due to their ongoing tour, as well as Broadway shows Hamilton and Springsteen on Broadway. The recently announced Farm Aid 2018, which will feature headlining performances from Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, and Dave Matthews, was also among the day’s top-sellers.
