Ed Sheeran’s ÷ Tour Takes Top Spot On Wednesday Best-Sellers

Pop superstar Ed Sheeran is currently on his ÷ tour in support of the 2017 album of the same name, and his show at California’s Rose Bowl took the top spot on yesterday’s best-selling events list, according to sales data from Ticket Club.
Twenty One Pilots made the list, as the duo announced their comeback this week, along with tour dates and an album this fall. George Strait, Lyle Lovett, & Robert Earl Keen, Bruno Mars, Paul McCartney, Taylor Swift, and Pearl Jam were among the day’s top-sellers due to upcoming shows on tour. Gwen Stefani, who has a residency in Las Vegas’ Zappos Theatre at Planet Hollywood, also made the list.
The Belk College Kickoff Classic game between West Virginia Mountaineers and Tennessee Volunteers clocked in at No. 2, followed by the highly-anticipated boxing match this September between Canelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin. Other notable sporting events include the MLS All Star Game, the International Champions Cup, and the MLB All Star Game. Multiple baseball games also made the list, as well as the college football game where the LSU Tigers will take on Alabama Crimson Tide.
