Beyonce and Jay-Z’s On The Run II Tour took the top spot on yesterday’s best-selling events list, according to sales data from Ticket Club.
Along with The Carters, Kenny Chesney & Old Dominion, Joruney & Def Leppard, Imagine Dragons, Sean Mendes, Billy Joel, and Dave Matthews Band made the list due to upcoming shows on tour. Tickets to see Twenty One Pilots, who just revealed a forthcoming album and dates on The Bandito Tour last week, sold well. Four-day passes to next year’s CMA Music Festival have begun to sell as well.
The Oakland Raiders and Seattle Seahawks game this October clocked in at No. 2, followed by football games Minnesota Vikings v. Buffalo Bills and Arizona Cardinals v. Seattle Seahawks. Other notable sports events include the International Champions Cup, the Friendly match between Manchester United FC and Club America, and the baseball game between the Houston Astros and Oakland Athletics.
Passes to San Diego’s Comic-Con this weekend were also a hot commodity of the day.
