Superstar Kelly Clarkson has just announced the “Meaning of Life Tour” through 2019 in support of her eighth-studio album, released last year.

The tour will kick-off in Oakland, California on January 24, 2019. It will cross the country, making stops in cities like Los Angeles, Detroit, Dallas, St. Louis, Boston, Nashville, and a two-day show at Uncasville, Connecticut’s Mohegan Sun Arena. The trek will close in Greenville, South Carolina on March 30. Throughout the run, she will be joined by opening acts Kelsea Ballerini and Brynn Cartelli.

This will mark Clarkson’s first headlining tour in three years. In 2017, she released Meaning of Life which included singles “Love So Soft” and “I Don’t Think About You.” The record follows 2015’s Piece By Piece, and 2013’s holiday record, Wrapped In Red.

After winning the first season of American Idol, Clarkson skyrocketed into stardom with her hit record Breakaway and smash singles “Since U Been Gone,” “Breakaway,” and “Because Of You.” She returned again with the 2011 track “Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You).”

Aside from music, Clarkson has signed a book deal with HarperCollins for a children’s book titled “River Rose and the Magical Lullaby,” which was released in 2016. The following year, her second book “River Rose and the Magical Christmas” was released along with the track “Christmas Eve.” This year marked her third season as a judge on NBC‘s The Voice where she coached Cartelli, who will now appear on her tour.
