Rascal Flatts Call Off Weekend Concerts Due To Illness

The country stars of Rascal Flatts were forced to cancel two shows in California on their Back To Us Tour this past weekend due to illness.
Rascal Flatts were slated to perform in San Diego on Friday night and Irvine on Saturday.
“We’re so sorry to have to let you know that due to an illness in the band, we have to cancel tonight’s show in San Diego,” the band announced on Twitter just hours before Friday night’s show. “Refunds are available at point of purchase.”
Lead singer Gary LeVox is reportedly not feeling well – although there were no specifications, the band noted that he was following doctor’s orders not to perform. On Saturday, another note from the band followed.
“Hey y’all – unfortunately we have to cancel tonight’s show in Irvine,” the band said on Twitter. “Gary is under doctor’s orders to rest his voice again tonight. Refunds are available at point of purchase.”
During both days, the band cancelled just a few hours before going onstage, leaving fans upset. While concertgoers wished him well, many took to Twitter, angered by the short notice.

At this time, a rescheduled show has not been announced. Rascal Flatts are due next in Wheatland, California on Thursday, September 20. They are touring in support of their latest record, 2017’s Back To Us.
