Jingle Ball Tour, Broadway Shows Bolster Weekend Onsales

It’s a big weekend for music (and musical) fans, as iHeartRadio’s annual Jingle Ball tour is set to release tickets along with a number of traveling Broadway productions. The 2018 Jingle Ball tour consists of 12 dates in cities like Atlanta, Minneapolis, Chicago, New York and Miami. Various performances go on sale via presale all weekend and into Monday morning as well. The star-studded lineup for this year’s edition features Cardi B, Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello, Khalid and Alessia Cara among others.
Musical theater is also prominent in the market this weekend. A trio of performances of Rodgers + Hammersteins Cinderella at the Palace Theatre Columbus feature on Saturday’s listings, while A Bronx Tale: The Musical and Phantom of the Opera are ready to invade Boston and Detroit’s opera houses, respectively. Tickets for those shows dominate Sunday’s general sale.
By Monday, college basketball is in the spotlight with dozens of home games for Siena College and Providence College hitting the market.
