The World Series game last night, which saw the Boston Red Sox defeat the Los Angeles Dodgers and win the series title, topped the weekend best-selling events list, according to sales data from Ticket Club.
Other notable sporting events include football games Los Angeles Rams v. Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs v. Denver Broncos, San Francisco 49ers v. Oakland Raiders, and Kansas City Chiefs v. Arizona Cardinals, among others. The US Open Tennis Championship and the college football State Farm Champions Classic also scored spots on the list.
Elton John was a hot commodity of the day for his ongoing Farewell Tour, as well as Mariah Carey, who just announced a world tour in support of her new record, Caution.
