Paul McCartney’s ‘Freshen Up Tour’ Tops Monday Best-Sellers

Paul McCartney’s ongoing “Freshen Up Tour” topped yesterday’s best-selling events list, Ticket Club sales data revealed.
Artists Garth Brooks, Fleetwood Mac, The Rolling Stones, and Snoop Dog sold well due to upcoming shows on tour. Additionally, Hugh Jackman stole a spot on the list for his 2019 outing in support of The Greatest Showman, along with Billy Joel’s residency at Madison Square Garden. “I Am The Highway,” a tribute to Soundgarden’s late singer Chris Cornell, was a hot commodity of the day.
The Capital One Orange Bowl clocked in at No. 2, followed by a handful of football and basketball games. The UFC fight between Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson II sold well, along with the 2019 NCAA Division Wrestling Championships next March.
Broadway’s Dear Evan Hansen was also among the day’s top events.
