Canelo Alvarez, Daniel Jacobs Take No. 1 Spot On Weekend Best-Sellers

The boxing match between Canelo Alvarez and Daniel Jacobs this May took the top spot on this past weekend’s best-selling events list, according to sales data from Ticket Club.
Boxing also made the list for the match between Anthony Joshua and Jarrell Miller at MSG in June. This year’s Masters Golf Tournament sold well for the Saturday and Sunday competition in Augusta, Georgia, followed by the 2019 NBA All Star Game, the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, and the game between the Knicks and Spurs. The Daytona 500 and Monster Jam were also hot commodities of the day.
Billy Joel clocked in at No. 4 for his show at Oriole Park. Artists Jennifer Lopez, Bruno Mars, Elton John, and Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band were hot-sellers, as well as The Rolling Stones’ upcoming ‘No Filter Tour.’ JoJo Siwa, 15-year-old Nickelodeon star and YouTube sensation, also made the list for her “D.R.E.A.M. The Tour.”
Additionally, Broadway’s Hamilton scored among the day’s top events.
