The indie-rock superstar Kevin Parker of Tame Impala, who just headlined Coachella, announced a round of tour dates across North America in support of a forthcoming record.

In addition to Coachella, he’s set to make appearances at festivals like Atlanta’s Shaky Knees, Boston Calling, Mexico’s Corona Capital, Spain’s Primavera, and Hurricane Festival in Germany. Tame Impala will play in Toronto, Ontario on July 26, followed by appearances at Detroit’s Mo Pop, Minneapolis’ Surly Brewing Festival, and Lollapalooza in Chicago. Additionally, he is slated to play Oya Fest in Oslo, as well as a round of festivals early August throughout Europe.

To round-out the summer, he will head back to the states for a show at New York City’s legendary Madison Square Garden, followed by gigs at Philadelphia’s The Mann center for the Performing Arts before wrapping-up in Washington D.C. at The Anthem.

Ahead of his Coachella performances, Tame Impala dropped two new singles: “Borderline” and “Patience,” debuting the pair on Saturday Night Live. The tracks are Parker’s first batch of releases since 2015’s Currents, best-known for songs “The Less I Know The Better” and “Let It Happen.” He is expected to release new music this year, noting last year that he’d be disappointed if new music wasn’t released by summer 2019.
