A highly-anticipated game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Giants was yesterday’s top selling event, according to Ticket Club sales data.
Pre-season football ticket sales are selling extremely well – football fans have an exciting season ahead of them in the fall. Another game featuring the Giants against the Dallas Cowboys claimed yesterday’s number three spot, just behind the Super Clasico soccer match. The Dallas Cowboys vs. the Minnesota Vikings also ranked, as well as other sporting events like WWE’s Monday Night Raw, the International Champions Cup featuring Munich vs. Madrid, and the International Champions Cup.
Yesterday’s top-selling musician was Jennifer Lopez. During her show at Madison Square Garden, which is a part of her ongoing It’s My Party: The Celebration Tour, she only sang four songs before the lights went out. Lopez returned to Madison Square Garden in New York City last night for a makeup concert after her Saturday show at the massive arena was cancelled and evacuated after a huge borough-wide blackout that plunged the Big Apple into darkness. Right behind Lopez on the best-sellers was Romeo Santos, followed by Queen & Adam Lambert, Jimmy Buffet, the Rolling Stones and the Zac Brown Band.
