The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will kick-off the new season with a free concert at Raymond James Stadium from country superstar Tim McGraw.

The show will take place on the day of the Buccaneers’ season-opening game against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, September 8 and will be a part of the team’s NFL Fantennial Celebration, celebrating 100 years of NFL football. All fans with a game ticket will be able to see the show for free at 2 p.m. and McGraw can be seen from the stage on the deck above the south endzone inside the stadium. He will also perform an encore during the halftime performance.

The country singer, best-known for hits like “Live Like You were Dying” and “Highway Don’t Care,” said in a press release that the start of the NFL season is “one of my favorite times of the year.”

“I love football and I’m pumped to be kicking off the NFL’s 100th season together with all the Bucs fans in Tampa,” McGraw said.

Throughout his performance, fans can expect to hear a variety of his No. 1 hits; throughout his career, McGraw has garnered three Grammy Awards, 14 Academy of Country Awards, 11 Country Music Association Awards, 10 American Music Awards, and three People’s Choice Awards. He’s a staple in the industry with 43 No. 1 hits and 16 No. 1 albums. Buccaneers Chief Operating Officer Brian Ford noted in the release that this year, the team wanted “to usher in this historic season in unprecedented fashion,” and this free concert with McGraw will “provide an unforgettable start to the NFL’s 100th season.”

Following the game against the 49ers, the Buccaneers will take on the Carolina Panthers, New York Giants, and Los Angeles Rams. They’re also slated to play teams like the New Orleans Saints, Tennessee Titans, Seattle Seahawks, Detroit Lions, Atlanta Falcons, and Arizona Cardinals throughout the season.
