The St. Louis Blues are already garnering a lot of attention ahead of its new season.

According to MissouriNet, the team is seeing a record number of season ticket sales and packages as they are selling the fastest in the 25-year history of Enterprise/Scottrade/Keil Center. For the first time in franchise history, the team had to create a season-ticket waiting list due to high demand.

This excitement follows the Blues’ Stanley Cup win this year – their first win in 52 seasons. Expectations are high for the team, causing revenue to flow in due to the hype, as well as the fact that the All-Star Game is set to take place in St. Louis next year. Additionally, fans are likely excited about some new renovations around the stadium; new black seats have been added, replacing the purple seats from the ’90s, and escalators are being installed in the concourses.

While there is a wait list, current areas are still available in the Scott Credit Union Rinkside Club, Glass Row D, Center Ice Premier and Plaza Center. Fans can also sign up for the “Worth-the-Wait List,” which includes priority access to purchase new season tickets as they become available, presale for regular season single game tickets, exclusive ticket offers and alerts, a VIP Tour of the Enterprise Center, and staff to assist year-round.

The Blues will kick-off the preseason next month on September 16 with a match against the Stars. From there, they”ll take on the Capitals, Jets, Blue Jackets, and Red Wings before starting the regular season on October 2 against the Capitals.
