Popstar Ariana Grande had to cancel her concert in Lexington, Kentucky last night as she recovers from an unspecified illness.

The singer took to Instagram on Saturday night, explaining in a video that she has been feeling sick and although she was “on all the meds” and getting IV drips, she was still in “so much pain.” She made an appointment to visit a doctor in Lexington, but it seems like she was unable to shake the sick feeling as of Sunday. The gig was slated to take place at the Rupp Arena.

“I woke up kind of 10 times worse and it hurts so bad to swallow,” she said in a video posted last night. “I’m not really sure what’s going on. But I, unfortunately, don’t think I will be able to push through tonight. I am so sad and sorry. I’m so upset but of course obviously, you will be refunded.”

“I’m just really devastated,” she continued, noting that she will “keep you posted as soon as I know what is going on with my body.”

Since fans will be refunded, the Lexington gig will not be rescheduled. At this time, it is unknown if Grande will appear in Atlanta, Georgia next on Tuesday, along with shows in Raleigh, Tampa, Orlando, and Miami this month. Her Sweetener World Tour, which is running in support of her 2018 record Sweetener and 2019’s Thank U, Next, was extended in June to make stops in cities like Nashville, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and San Francisco. The outing will wrap-up this December in Los Angeles.
