Las Vegas Raiders Reveal Logo, Uniforms, Season Ticket Prices

The Raiders officially made the move from Oakland to Las Vegas and have revealed their new logo, uniforms, and season ticket prices.
Back in March 2017, the team officially proposed the move to Sin City, and now, less than three years later, the Raiders are officially calling Las Vegas home at Allegiant Stadium.

Fans can score Personal Seat Licenses for a price between $500 and $75,000 and are not yet sold out. PSL owners will have the ability to purchase home game season tickets; tickets will range from $650 for 10 home games to $3,500 for club seats.
The stadium, which will also host the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Rebels, cost approximately $1.9 billion, with the state of Nevada contributing $750 million. It has retractable windows on the outside, a roll-in natural grass field, and an artificial turf directly below the stadium’s floor. The Raiders signed a 30-year lease with the stadium in 2017, raining they’ll be able to stay in the city for at least three decades. Right now, it’s still in renovation and Is set to be complete by July 31, just in time for the NFL and NCAA season.
While the trip to Vegas isn’t too far from their former home, some fans aren’t willing to make the trek to Paradise. The ticket prices are significantly higher than the Oakland Alameda Coliseum’s. One fan, a 63-year-old that’s been known as “The Violator” for the past 28 years, said that he feels “evicted” as a fan and while he’ll continue to stand by the team, he’s officially been “priced out” of the live games. Nonetheless, around 13 percent of the 55,000 PSLs sold were purchased by fans who previously held tickets at the Coliseum.
This isn’t the Raiders’ first move; the team first left Oakland 1982 for Los Angeles and then returned to the Bay Area for the 1995 season. Raiders owner Mark Davis said in a press conference this week that while the Raiders played 13 seasons in LA, they were born in Oakland.
“Both cities will always be part of our DNA but, today, we begin a new chapter in our storied history,” Davis said. “For today, January 22, 2020, we are now the Las Vegas Raiders. And, today, Las Vegas officially becomes our nation’s capital.”
